Welcome to the MTU Finance Office.

The office is divided into a number of service areas, to help you find the service you require.

The Finance offices are mainly located in the Bishopstown Campus in Cork and the South Campus in Kerry. Details of each office, its location, opening times and staff contact details in both Cork and Kerry are included in their respective areas on the menu.  Services are provided on a unveristy wide basis and with the exception of student fees are no longer organsied on a geographic basis.   Please see the specific service area for a list of contacts to help you with your query.

Systems Update (September 2022)

Over the summer the web requistioning project has been rolled out, with all users in Cork and Kerry expected to be moved to web requsitioning by the end of September 2022. In tandem with this a new Product Explorer function has been addded to allow you selectcommonly ordered items such a stationary, toner, laptops, office furniture from a catalogue of tendered items.  Following this we will be moving to improve the online financial reporting available to budget holders via Agresso.

MTU Update (Aug 2021)

Staff across the finance offices in Cork and Kerry have been working hard to ensure that the financial systems would be merged to support the university.

• Finance system Unit4 ERP (Agresso) was mergred in January 2021,
• Payroll & Expenses System was merged in March 2021
• Research time recording system (Acti-time) was upgraded in August 2021 and will be merged in line with other IT Systems

We have also worked to align our business processes and whilst some changes will happen immediately, others will take some time for changes to be phased in. We appreciate your patience during this time.
