Welcome to the MTU Finance Office.

The office is divided into a number of service areas which are managed by different teams.

Staff are mainly located in the Bishopstown Campus in Cork and the South Campus in Kerry. Details of each office, its location, opening times and staff contact details in both Cork and Kerry are included in their respective areas on the menu.  Services are provided on a univeritiy wide basis and with the exception of student fees are no longer organsied on a geographic basis.   Please see the specific service area for a list of contacts to help you with your query.

This website contains links to Finance Policies and Forms, but also contains a Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) section for common queries, such as Tax, VAT & Charity Numbers, Tax Clearance, and basic queries on payroll and expense payment dates etc.   The 'I Need help with...' section provides information on a range of services provided by the Finance Office and includes links to user guides for some of our online systems, for requistioning, online expenses etc.
