Further to our recent communication, here are the final details for our ETR Upgrade which is on track for this Monday 13th August 2018.

On Monday
You will receive an email from Club Travel with a link to set a new password.  Your user ID is still you email address. Once you have set and verified the password you will have access to the new ETR system.

Logging on
You can log onto the new system via the home page on  http://finance.cit.ie  
If you are presented with a Traveller or Arranger option the difference is follows:
• ‘Travellers’ can only book travel from themselves, so your details are pre-filled in. 
• ‘Arrangers’ can book travel for any registered users including themselves.

New Feature
One new feature is the ‘Amend’ request option.  This allows you to amend an existing travel request before it is ticketed. For example if you had requested a flight and now the date or times change you click on the amend button and this will create the new request and link it to the original one.

Requests in the System
Please note that as of close of business this afternoon any trips not approved on the old ETR will be closed and may need to be submitted as a new request on Monday.

Support
For existing ETR users, the system is very similar to the old one, but is a bit more intuitive and has a better layout.  The training manual, previously circulated, is now also available on the Finance website here which runs through how to book travel
