Updated Loan of Equipment Form

Following feedback from users, the Loan of Equipment Form has been updated and replaced on the finance website.
To clarify: The form is required where any equipment is being moved off site, even temporarily or for example, a staff member brings their work laptop home or out on business on occasion.
A loan form can be valid for up to two years to remove the need for regular borrowers of the same equipment filled a form each time.
It must be approved by the Head of Function and be issued by either the Head of Function or a Technical Staff member.
