Please note that the last day for receipt of requisitions to be charged against the 2016/17 annual budget is Monday next 28th August 2017 at 1pm.  This is to allow time for the Purchase Office to process existing requisitions before our year end on Thursday 31st August 2017.

In order to prevent delays, please ensure that the necessary quotations are attached and that if a new supplier is selected that their details are included.

The Purchasing Office remains open as usual next week, however requisitions received after 1pm on Monday will be processed from Friday 1st September against the 2017/18 budget.
