Staff Changes in Finance Office

The Finance Office has undergone a significant period of staff changes since the last quarter for 2017.  Most staff moves and changes have been completed and the contact page has been updated with new contact details.

You will appreciate that this significant level of change has resulted in some delays whilst new staff and being recruited and trained.  We have attempted to minimise by prioritising essential services and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Changes are summarised here:

Purchasing
Marie O'Donnell has moved to a new position outside the Institute and has been replaced by a new staff member Karryann O'Connor

Accounts Payable
Emma Fitton has moved to Expenses, Liz Barrett has moved to HR and Nicola Mausell has moved the Research Grant & Projects.  A new staff member Natasa Callinan and Dean Carter (from the Estates Office) and Cara O'Neill (from Student Services) have joined the team.

Payroll & Expenses
Roisin Clancy has moved to Student Services and has been replaced by Emma Fitton in Weekly Payroll and Expenses.

Budgets & Reporting
James Cahill left to take up a position outside the Institute and is being replaced by a new staff member Niall Shanahan.  Clare O'Leary has moved to Financial Accounts and has been replaced by Joanne Gallagher. There is one vacancy in this office which is being currently advertised.

Research Grants & Contracts (Self Financing)
Louise Murphy left to take up a position outside the Institute and is being replaced by Denise O'Leary.  Elaine Moloney has moved to HR and has been replaced by Oliva Ryan, who has returned from career break.  Nicola Manusell also moves to this office.

Fees & Grants
Nicola Griffin is moving take up a position in the External Affairs Office and a position in this office is currently being advertised

We would like to welcome Kerryann, Natasa and Niall to CIT and extend our good wishes to staff that have moved to new positions both the Finance Office and the wider Institute.
