Dear Colleagues,

Our office is providing the following briefing sessions to inform you of updates to our financial procedures, provide guidance for common issues and of course to provide an opportunity for you to meet staff.
• Tuesday 10th April 2-3.30pm
• Wednesday 11th April 2-3.30pm

Please come along to one of these sessions and/or please forward this invite to relevant support staff in your area e.g. those responsible for requisitions, invoice approvals, fixed assets etc.. I would ask you to please insert the names of the persons attending at (doodle link) so we can organise an appropriate venue and some tea and coffee.

As you know CIT policies and procedures relating to the financial management of the Institute are essential in ensuring the most efficient and effective use of its resources. We would urge you to please make the time for one of these sessions. We also intend to hold a dedicated session for colleagues in CSM and CCAD.
