Where staff or students are abroad and a travel emergency arrises a 24/7 emergency number is in place with our travel agent -Club Travel. 

Please note the emergency service should only be used in exceptional circumstances.  Examples include earlier return home due to family emergency, flights being cancelled, or being left withour overnight accomodation due to missed departures or flight cancellations etc.  In these circumstances, Club Travel are authorised to make and pay for flights and/or accomodation on your behalf.

The emergency service is not to be used to make any new bookings that should normally be done during office hours and our travel agents are not authorised to make such bookings.
