Staff should be aware that the Hospitality Procedures were recently updated in November 2019.  Your attention is drawn to the increase in the threshold for obtaining IEB prior approval from €500 to €1,000.

In addition to the above, catering orders submitted to CIT Campus Catering, now require a brief business reason.  Examples include: 

• lunch for visiting delgation from X, 
• tea/coffees for X seminar/ workshop
• catering for X event

This will be included on the invoice from the compnay and will greatly assist in identifying the specific event /reason for the invoice.
