For the attention of all staff:

We wish to advise that any outstanding travel or expense claims will need to be submitted by Close of Business on Friday 9th December 2022 for payment before the Christmas break.

We also wish to bring sections 7 and 8 of the University Travel & Expenses Policy to your attention in relation to the late submission of claims. (Copied below)    Claims must be submitted promptly and no later than the end of the month following the month in which in expense was incurred.  Most claims for domestic travel, motor allowances, refunds etc. can be input and processed online via Core Portal.  Step by Step guides to assist you are available on our website via the following link:  online-expense-project. 

We wish to advise that the 2021/22 financial year is now closed, and no further claims can be accepted for the period to 31st August 2022.   Expenses incurred up to 30th November 2022 will need to be submitted before the deadline above.
