Acti-time is the system that is used to record time against projects and grants.  Since February the systems has been unavailable in Cork, however teh KErry instance in still active.   Follwoing a review of thr product it was decided to discontinue both instances as it has not met our new cyber security standard.

We are currently in the configuartion stage of a replacement product.  We have decided consolidate our systems and have selected Aressso (Unit4 ERP) to fullfill this funcation as many users will already have a logon for web requistioning.

The new timesheet system is expected to go live in late September following configuartiona nd user testing.  It will provide web access to timesheets as well as a phone app for timesheet users.  The system wil replace both instances of Actitime in use in Cork and Kerry.
