December 2023 Payroll Pay Dates

Please see arrangements as set out below for December 2023 payroll processing:
Weekly Paid Staff
Weekly paid staff will receive bank payments on:
- Normal week paid Thursday 07 December
- 2 weeks’ pay on Thursday 14 December
- One weeks’ pay on Thursday 28 December
- Normal weekly pay will resume on Thursday 04 January 2024
Monthy Paid Staff
Monthly paid staff will receive bank payment:
- December payment on Tuesday 19 December 2023
Christmas Closure
Please note that the University will be closed on the following dates:
- Monday 25 Dec - Christmas Day
- Tuesday 26 Dec – St Stephens Day
- Wednesday 27 Dec - University closed
- Thursday 28 Dec - University closed
- Friday 29 Dec - University closed
- Monday 1 Jan 2024 – New Years Day
Please be advised that staff will be required to take three days annual leave in respect of Christmas 2023 as above. These days have been automatically deducted from annual leave balances. No individual annual leave requests will be necessary to cover University Closure days. Pro-rata adjustments will be made for staff on less than full hours.
