Please see arrangements as set out below for December 2024 payroll processing:

 

Weekly Paid Staff

Weekly paid staff will receive bank payments on:

• Three weeks’ pay on Thursday 05 December 2024 (for weeks ending 6th, 13th & 20th of December)
• One weeks’ pay on Thursday 19 December 2024 (for week ending 27th December - final week of year)
• Normal weekly pay will resume on Thursday 02 January 2025

 

Monthly Paid Staff

Monthly paid staff will receive bank payment:

• December payment on Thursday 19 December 2024

 

Christmas Closure

Please note that the University will be closed on the following dates:

• Tuesday 14 Dec 2024 - University closed
• Wednesday 25 Dec - Christmas Day (Public Holiday)
• Thursday 26 Dec 24 - St Stephens Day (Public Holiday)
• Friday 27 Dec 2024 - University closed
• Monday 30 Dec  2024 - University closed
• Tuesday 31 Dec 2024 - University closed
• Wednesday 1 Jan 2025 - New Years Day (Public Holiday)

 

Please be advised that staff will be required to take four days annual leave in respect of Christmas 2024 as above.  These days have been automatically deducted from annual leave balances. No individual annual leave requests will be necessary to cover University Closure days.  Pro-rata adjustments will be made for staff on less than full hours.
