Finance System (Agresso)

Since the launch of web requistioning in Summer 2022, we have been working to improve the system.  This has included:

• Adding additional items to the product catalogue
• Providing lists of current tenders and suppliers and
• Updating the manual and other supports via our website

Based on feedback from the inital roll out, we have  in May 2023 launched a dashboard for requsitioners.  

This provides users that raise requistions with a new landing screen or dashboard when you log on.  This now includes a number of tabs that:

• Open on web requisition entry screen
• List of requistions you previoulsy raised with an option to see where thay are in the apprvoal workflow.
• List of all requistioning raised in your cost centres
• Provide an up to date list of all active tender to search for suppliers
• Shortcuts to your tasks

A short demo was provide on 25th May on these inprovement and the new landing screen will be provided to all users on 26th May 2023

The old menu structure is still available to all users.
