A Leave of Absence Form should to be completed and approved by your Head of Department or Manager (as appropriate) including the estimated cost of the trip  beforehand and submitted to the Expenses Office for prior approval of the Vice President for Finance & Administration.
 
Flights must now be booked via the ETR Online Travel System
  
Your expense claims should be submitted to the Finance office for payment within one month of travel.
